In this entertaining reproduction of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Director Jung-Ung Yanh and Korean theatre company Yohangza portray a world where dreams, magic, and fantasy meet Korean mythical folklore. This play is a creative new interpretation on this world famous script incorporating dance, music, and mime. This play was highly acclaimed at the 2007 Sydney Festival and definitely something you will not want to miss!

This non-profit arts centre is located in a beautiful park on the former South Melbourne gas plant site. Gasworks encompasses two theatres, three gallery spaces, a café, as well as function and workshop spaces. Along with the small but dedicated staff that work there, Gasworks also has 14 resident visual artists. Together they present an annual program which includes festivals and events, seasons within Melbourne’s biggest arts festivals, farmers’ markets, classes and workshops and much more!
